We are able to offer fixed fees for the following:

• Preparing and sending the initial eviction notices;
• For instigating eviction proceedings for all cases that are undefended up to and including the first fixed hearing;
• To instruct a court bailiff to evict your tenant if they have not left in accordance with the Court Order.

These are the 3 stages required to evict your tenant; It may be that not all stages are applicable to you.

It is important that we discuss your case with you first. We will advise you whether your case falls within the fixed fee structure.

STAGE 1
We will prepare and arrange for an eviction notice to be served on your tenant. Should you require the notice to be hand delivered, this can be arranged for an additional fee.
STAGE 2
We prepare your eviction claim and issue it at Court. You pay the Court fee and, in relation to claims based on rent arrears, you also pay the barristers fee to represent you at the hearing.
STAGE 3
In some cases where the tenant has not left the property in accordance with the terms of the Court Order, we arrange for a Court appointed bailiff to eject the tenant. You pay the Court fee.
